Broken Heel Festival

Life outback is never a drag!

Hit the road, head to the Hill for the Broken Heel Festival to celebrate the annual festival tribute to 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert' in her spiritual home ~ Broken Hill.

Over 3 days you can expect a handbag stuffed full of stunning Drag Queens & Drag Kings from around the nation plus, plus a crafted list of entertainers bringing cabaret, comedy, opera and live music, including an Abba coverband (of course)! and DJ playing all the tracks you need to hear at a Priscilla Party!

Even the million dollar stage show “Priscilla Bus” will be on display!

Meet some of the cast from the the movie including writer/Director Stephan Elliott & everyone’s favourite barfly Shirl.

The fabulous festival hosts Philmah Bocks and Art Simone will ensure there is never a dull moment and the programme will run day and night over 3 days including “Lap of the Main Drag in Drag” competition where you get to join the locals and strut your stuff up the city’s main drag.

Expect music, dancing, laughter and plenty of moments that memories are made of!

Its time to dust off the abba album and get ready to adventure and ...change the way you think, the way you feel, the way you dress....


Broken Heel festival will run over 3 days. Tickets are available for the entire 3 days or individually for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
