The Granite Belt has all the right ingredients for food and wine indulgence in front of roaring open fires. Girraween means “place of flowers” and the best time to visit, is just in spring, when the flora is at its most prolific. In summer, you can expect temperatures to be 10 degrees, on average cooler than Brisbane. Welcome to our backyard, where the only thing you need to do is slow down, breathe deep and experience the essence of country life.

Guests will enjoy, genuine Australian country bush atmosphere, granite boulders, unique to this area, pet friendly enjoy the scenery of the national park on our 42 acres, with your furry friends in toe, waking every day to a complimentary continental and full hearty table service breakfast. Granite Belt European Smokehouse Licensed Restaurant and Bar, open 7 days , breakfast and dinner. Bookings essential, public welcome. We have recently refurbished with new carpet, painting and furnishings. Check out our gallery for our new look! We are also please to advise we have upgraded our wifi service and wifi is available throughout the Inn and Chalet. We now also have full access to Telstra phone and wifi services at the Inn and the system has been significantly upgraded. Telstra service is now available at the Chalet, wifi is available using your own data on your telstra phone. Wifi for all phone providers is available at the Inn. New Electric Vehicle charger installed and available for guests use.
