RAYDIA Festival to host largest Australian LGBTQIA+ music festival of 2025 in The Domain Sydney on Saturday 15th November

RAYDIA Festival has announced a brand new LGBTQIA+ party to be held in The Domain Sydney on Gadigal Land, on Saturday 15th November 2025.

RAYDIA promises to be one of the largest LGBTQIA+ events of 2025 in Australia, with the festival’s announcement gaining over half a million views in less than a week. Today, RAYDIA reveals their latest performer ahead of tickets going on sale from next Tuesday 29th July.

DJ Manuel Coby (he/him) (ITALY) is an internationally renowned DJ, remixer, and producer based in Madrid and Rome. Since starting his career in 2017, he has played at some of the most prestigious clubs and festivals worldwide including XLSIOR Festival Mykonos, Circuit Festival Barcelona and Prysm Festival Thailand. He has become a key figure in the electronic music scene, known for his energetic performances that blend progressive and tribal house with powerful vocals and melodies, creating an electrifying atmosphere on the dance floor.

The highly anticipated event has been curated by international DJ sensation and Australian music icon Dan Slater – who also curated Domain Dance Party in February 2023. Dan said “I've been fortunate to DJ at nearly every major queer festival around the globe, and trust me, RAYDIA is going to be one for the books!

I can’t wait for you all to experience what we have lined up. This will be EPIC. It might still be July, but let’s be real – it’s never too early to get pumped for the summer party season! Let’s go!” DJ Dan Slater (he/him) (AUS) first built his career as a dancer and show producer on the dancefloors of Sydney. His love of music eventually pulled him behind the decks and relocated him to the US – a move that quickly earned him a global following. Dan blends house, tech, and circuit with the progressive energy of the European club scene and the fiery rhythms of Latin America, creating sets that are dynamic, uplifting, and full of feeling.

More local and international artists including RAYDIA’s headlining vocalist will be announced in the coming weeks.

RAYDIA is being organised by the creator of Domain Dance Party, LGBTQIA+ community member Alex Daoust (he/him), who held the position of Executive Producer of the Sydney WorldPride 2023 Festival. Domain Dance Party was the highest selling event of the entire Sydney WorldPride Festival with over 21,000 people in attendance, and performers including Kelly Rowland, Suri, Isis Muretech and OMEO. Alex says: “Australia has been missing a major moment for the LGBTQIA+ community at the start of summer and RAYDIA is here to change that. We’re creating a world-class production party packed with surprises in The Domain - an iconic open-air venue in the heart of Sydney. This is the next evolution of LGBTQIA+ festivals in Australia and everyone is welcome.”
