Margaret River

Just south of Perth you will find the idyllic Margaret River region, known for its wineries and breweries and its breathtaking beaches. You will also find a range of boutique accommodation here, for a perfectly relaxing holiday amongst nature.

In Margaret River and the surrounding area there are a wide variety of vineyards, breweries, cellar doors, and world class restaurants. Among these are Vasse Felix, Voyager Estate, Leeuwin Estate, Cullen Winery, Moss Wood, Victory Point, and Amelia Park.

The Margaret River region boasts a picturesque coastline which you can explore on the Cape to Cape Trail, stretching over 100 kilometres between the lighthouses at Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin. There are also several trails in Meelup Regional Park, with options for all experience levels. For something even more adventurous, journey just south of Margaret River to explore Mammoth Cave.

While the Margaret River region is fairly remote, there are plenty of options for getting there. If you are travelling from Melbourne, you can fly directly to the Busselton Airport. Coming from elsewhere around Australia or international destinations, you can fly into Perth Airport and then drive or catch a coach down to Margaret River.
